Any winnings accumulated during an underage period are not payable under any circumstances.
4.1 Each individual is permitted to register and operate only one (1) account on the 99bet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held across those accounts without compensation.

Your 99bet account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Withdrawals from your 99bet Real Money Balance may be requested at any time subject to the following conditions: (a) your account identity verification is fully complete; (b) no active investigation or account review is in progress; (c) you have met any applicable Wagering Requirements associated with bonuses received; (d) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold of PKR 200.

7.4 Event Cancellations & Postponements: If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed such that it does not resume within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets placed on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific market rules for that event type provide otherwise.
7.5 Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted by 99bet in real time based on the live data available to our systems. 99bet accepts no liability for delays between live events and the reflection of those events in our betting interface. Bets placed after an event's outcome has been determined — even if accepted by our systems due to a data delay — will be voided.
8.1 All casino and slot games available on the 99bet platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Loyalty Points earned through wagering at 99bet accumulate toward tier progression within the 99bet VIP programme. Tier benefits, points conversion rates, and eligibility criteria are detailed in the Loyalty Programme section of the 99bet platform and may be amended by 99bet at any time with reasonable notice. Loyalty Points have no monetary value outside of the 99bet platform and may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash directly.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99bet platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and in serious cases, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
11.1 All content on the 99bet platform — including but not limited to the 99bet brand name and logo, platform design and layout, game artwork and interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the property of 99bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 99bet platform solely for your personal recreational use and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
